摘 要:目的研究保健食品中铅、砷、汞污染物测定的准确性和长期稳定性。方法通过收集本实验室5年来累积的保健食品中铅、砷、汞测定的原始数据,对标准空白、样品加标回收率做质量控制图的数理统计,比较了标准溶液特定浓度吸收值的变化,并对生物成分分析标准物质相对标准偏差(与标准值比较)进行分析。结果质量控制图未有能查明原因的检验引起的异常情况,石墨管的老化程度、环境温度的稳定性是影响标准溶液特定浓度吸收值变化的最主要因素,生物成分分析标准物质测定的相对标准偏差RSD%均在6.5%以内(与标准值比较)。结论本实验室建立的以微波消解为前处理方法,生物成分分析标准物质为随行标准物质,样品基质加标回收率为质控指标的保健食品中铅、砷、汞测定方法具有非常好的准确度和长期稳定性。Objective To study on the accuracy and long-term stability of determination of lead , arsenic and mercury in health foods. Methods By collecting the 5 years of Laboratory original data of the determination of lead, arsenic and mercury in health food ,the quality control charts of standard blank and the recoveries of standard addition were worked out using mathematical statistics,the changes of the absorption value of the specific concentration of the standard solution were compared,and the the relative standard deviation of the biological component ( Comparison with the standard values)were Being analyzed.Results There were no abnormal situations that can be identifying causes of the quality control charts.Aging degree of graphite tube and stability of ambient temperature were the most important factor that influences the absorption value of the standard solution . The relative standard deviation of the determination of the biological components of the standard substance RSD% were less than 6.5%( Comparison with the standard values).Conclusions With microwave digestion as pre-treatment, biological components analysis as the standard reference material and recoveries of standard addition as quality control,the method that determination of lead and arsenic and mercury in health foods by established by our laboratory has good accuracy and long-term stability.
