摘　　要：槟城城市发展迅速及多元文化交织繁荣,近年来较多成功的活化案例使得其在亚洲的文化遗产保护中成为新的焦点,同时,中国高度城市化进程中文物建筑保护的社会问题亟不可待。该文以槟城张弼士故居保育的艰辛过程为例,并以此进行梳理,总结出此种保育模式对完善我国文化遗产体制所带来的启示。Penang urban develops rapidly and has multi-cultural prosperity, in recent years, the more successful activation case makes cultural heritage conservation become new focus in Asia. At the same time, social problems in the process of China＇s cities, the protection of heritage buildings can not be urgent. In this paper, for the difficult process of the blue mansion conservation as an example, on the basis of the carding, we sum up this conservation mode of inspiration to improve the system of China＇s cultural heritages.
