摘　　要：晋城市旅游业的进一步发展,受到高素质旅游人才短缺的制约,培养适合晋城市旅游业发展的高素质人才,成为推进晋城市优秀旅游品牌城市建设关键的一环。要确立旅游业人才开发利用的新理念,构建旅游人才有效利用的新机制,实施晋城市旅游人才发展的新举措。要制定晋城市旅游人才建设的规划措施;进一步加大宣传力度,提高晋城市旅游行业的地位和影响力;进一步加强晋城市各类旅游人才队伍建设;着力培养国际化人才;进一步完善管理,着力构建旅游人才开发体系。Further development of tourism is constrained by the shortage of high-quality tourism talents in Jincheng city. Training high-quality talents for the tourism development has been a critical point to promote the brand construction of excellent tourism city in Jincheng. We should establish new conceptions of tourism talents＇ development and utilization, build new effective application mechanisms of tourism talents, implement new development initiatives of tourism talents. We should formulate new development planning measures of tourism talents in Jincheng, increase propaganda ram, improve the status and influence of tourism industry, strengthen the team construction of all kinds of tourism talents for the cultivation of international talents, and improve the management to construct the tourism talent development system.
