摘 要:互联网时代给员工激励带来了严峻的挑战,也带来了全新的契机。本文总结了互联网时代的三大特征以及该时代下员工激励的三大契机,在此基础上,以i福励的忠诚度管理云平台为例,探索互联网时代背景下一种可行的员工激励模式的重塑——体验式激励,提炼出该模式的三大要素:体验导向、数据导向、云端导向,并强调了激励维度的三大关注点,一是在内容型激励维度上关注满足性、多样性、个性化,二是在过程型激励维度上强调透明化、数据化、可视化,三是在体验型激励维度上聚焦参与感、即时感、游戏感。The Interact era has brought employee incentive field intense challenges and also new opportunities. This paper generalizes three characteristics of Interact era and three opportunities of employee incentive in this era. Then, we take iBcnefit, a cloud platform of managing loyalty, for an example to reshape a possible incentive mode in Interact era. This new incentive mode is experiential incentive. Besides, this kind of inventive is concluded into three factors that are experience-oriented, data-oriented and cloud-oriented. Finally, we emphasize three focuses about experiential incentive. First, pay attention to satisfaction, diversity and personalization in the dimension of content-hased incentive. Second, emphasize transparency, digital and visualization in the dimension of process-based incentive. Third, focus on participation, real-time and gamification in the dimension of experience-based incentive.
