摘　　要：查询扩展用以解决用户查询意图与查询结果之间的语义偏差问题,从而更有效地帮助用户更快捷、更精准地从海量网络资源中找到所需信息。论文运用实验法,辅之问卷调查,揭示了用户在学术平台搜索过程中运用的的查询扩展类型、频率和查询扩展的效果。研究还发现,学术平台用户对搜索主题的熟悉程度和搜索任务的难易程度对查询扩展行为产生不同的影响。Query expansion was used to solve the semantic bias problems between user query intensions and query results, and to help users to find the desired information from the massive network resources effectively and precisely. The experimental research method, supplemented with questionnaires was used to collect data, and the query expansion types, frequencies, and performance of query expansion of the users during their search process in the academic platform were explored. The findings indicated as well that topic familiarity and ease of task have different effects on the query expansion behavior.
