摘　　要：本科毕业论文(设计)是高等教育研究教学与实践教学中不可缺失的一环,它是对学生知识技能、综合素质和创新能力的全面考核,也是教师与学校培养方案、课程体系、教学质量的综合检验。结合农林经济管理专业毕业论文指导与教务管理工作的实践与观察,系统阐述了本专业毕业论文发展趋势与要求,并对当前毕业论文"困窘与失矩"背后的质量制约因素进行了全面分析。在此基础之上,构建了基于全程化的本科毕业论文质量保障体系。Undergraduate thesis（design）is one of the important part of the research and practical teaching of higher education.Its quality directly affects the knowledge and skills or the comprehensive quality of the students,the teaching and research ability of teachers,and the training mode or the school quality＇s optimization of the universities.The author analyzed the trends and requirements of agricultural economy and management＇s undergraduate thesis.Then,this paper analyzed the reasons of decline in the quality of the thesis.On this basis,the author established the whole undergraduate thesis quality assurance system.
