精益实验、非精益实验与创新型创业业绩提升——基于动态条件调节的理论分析

摘　　要：根据精益创业理论的核心思想,将创业过程中的试错模式提炼为精益实验,并提出非精益实验的概念。基于组织成长的时间维度,引入效果推理理论的可承受损失、战略联盟和组织灵活性三个维度的决策条件作为调节变量,研究精益实验和非精益实验在不同创业阶段和决策条件下对创新型创业业绩的影响。According to the core idea of ＂lean start- up＂theory,this paper refines try- error model on the entrepreneurial process into＂Lean experiment＂principle and proposes the concept of＂non- lean experiment＂. Based on time dimension of organizational growth,loss affordability,strategic alliances and Organizational flexibility,which are three decision conditions from Effectuation theory,have been introduced into the research as moderator variables. The research object is to find out how Lean experiment and non- lean experiment influence innovative entrepreneurial performance.
