摘　　要：目的:研究轻度阿尔茨海默病患者精神行为的临床表现特点。方法:对144例阿尔茨海默病患者应用神经精神科问卷(NPI)评定其精神行为症状;进行探索性因子分析,采用主成分因子提取法,对因子负荷进行正交方差极大旋转。结果:(1)68例轻度阿尔茨海默病患者至少出现1种NPI症状;最常见的精神症状为情感淡漠、焦虑、抑郁、易激惹,分别占22.92%、20.83%、17.36%、12.50%。(2)因子分析获得4个症状群和1个特异性症状"情绪高涨",4个症状群分别代表行为紊乱、情感异常、精神异常、身心异常,发生率分别为4.17%、31.25%、4.86%、24.31%。结论:轻度阿尔茨海默病患者精神行为症状主要以情感异常、身心异常为主要临床表现特征,不同精神行为症状之间可能存在紧密相关性。Objective： To study the clinical symptoms of mental behavior symptom about the mild Alzheimer’s disease patients.Methods： The mental behavior symptoms questionnaire（ NPI） was used to assess the mental behavior about 144 cases of Alzheimer’s patients. For exploratory factor analysis,the principal component factor method was used,orthogonal varimax rotation factor loading. Results：（ 1） Sixty- eight cases of patients with mild Alzheimer’s disease had at least one kind of NPI symptoms. The spirit of the most common symptoms including apathy,anxiety,depression and irritability,accounting for 22. 92%,20. 83%,17. 36%and 22. 92% respectively.（ 2） Factor analysis obtained four symptom groups and 1 non- specific symptom euphoria,representing the behavior disorders,emotional abnormality of symptoms,mental disorder,physical and mental abnormalities. The incidence was4. 17%,31. 25%,4. 86% and 4. 17% respectively. Conclusion： Mild Alzheimer’s patients are mainly characterized by emotion,an abnormal body as the main clinical features. There may be a close correlation between different symptoms of mental behavior.
