摘　　要：舌诊是中医望诊中的重要组成部分,能反映全身的气血津液的变化。单兆伟教授认为慢性萎缩性胃炎的发生与发展都能在舌诊上反映,慢性萎缩性胃炎不同阶段的舌诊特点各有不同,舌诊对指导临床用药有着重要意义。Tongue diagnosis is one of the important parts of traditional Chinese medicine inspection diagnosis,which may reflect the change of the Qi- blood and fluid of the body comprehensively. Professor SHAN Zhaowei considers that the occurring and development of the chronic atrophic gastritis（ CAG） can be observed in the tongue diagnosis. Moreover,different characteristics may be shown in the different stage of the CAG. Therefore,the tongue diagnosis plays a proverbially important part in the prescription properly and clinically.
