系统评价南药鹧鸪茶对非酒精性脂肪肝的防治作用

摘　　要：目的:系统评价南药鹧鸪茶对非酒精性脂肪肝的防治作用。方法:将符合标准的100例非酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组采用饮食运动控制+南药鹧鸪茶治疗,对照组采用饮食运动控制治疗,疗程12周。观察两组患者治疗前后的中医证候、肝功能指标、肝纤维化及血脂指标等变化。结果:治疗3个月后,观察组显效率和总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者治疗后肝纤维化指标(LSM、CAP)较对照组显著降低(P<0.05),观察组治疗后肝功能指标(ALT、AST、ALP、GGT)的改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗后血脂指标(TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C)的改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:南药鹧鸪茶能有效缓解非酒精性脂肪肝患者临床症状及体征,明显减轻肝脏脂肪沉积和肝纤维化程度、改善肝功能,从而有效防治非酒精性脂肪肝。Objective： To evaluate the controlling effect of Mallotus oblongifolius in the treatment of non- alcoholik fatty liver disease（ NAFLD）. Methods： A total of 100 patients with this disease were randomly divided into control group（ 50 cases） and observation group（ 50 cases）. Proper diets and exercise were given for patients in control group. Besides,patients in observation group were treated by Mallotus oblongifolius. Clinical manifestations,liver function,liver fibrosis and blood fat indexes were compared between two groups at 3rdmonth after the treatment. Results： The rate of efficiency and total efficiency in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The ALT,AST,ALP and GGT decreased in the observation group were much better than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The liver fibrosis indexes（ LSM,CAP） in the observation group were much lower than those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The TC,TG,LDL- C and HDL- C were significantly improved in the observation group than those in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Treatment of NAFLD with Mallotus oblongifolius can relieve the clinical symptoms,reduce the liver fat deposition and liver fibrosis degree and improve the liver function.
