酒店一线大学生从业者身份认同对工作嵌入影响的实证研究

摘　　要：结合酒店一线大学生从业者学历层次与其职业社会地位落差大的特点,引入心理落差这一中介变量,运用SPSS20.0软件,通过分层相关分析法和回归分析法,进一步探讨身份认同影响工作嵌入的内部作用机制,并根据研究结论提出相应的建议和对策。In view of the vast difference between the education level of hotel stall with college degrees and their social status, this paper introduces a mediator, psychological gap, and explores the influence mechanism of psychological recognition on job embedding, using SPSS20.0, hierarchy and regression analyses. The paper concludes with corresponding measures and suggestions based on the above research.
