摘  要:树脂基碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)作为一种高性能的新材料,相较于传统金属材料具有比刚度高、比强度高和易于成型的显著优点,对重量要求较为苛刻的无人机载雷达领域具有较好的应用前景。针对某无人机载雷达异型支架结构的技术特点,开展了系统的工艺技术研究和实践工作,包括复合材料选择、模具设计、仿真分析、成型工艺和试验验证等,成功通过软模辅助模压成型工艺方法实现了碳纤维支架的整体制造,并通过试验验证相关指标满足设计要求,该工艺设计过程对相关复合材料工艺设计问题提供了基本思路和有益参考。As a new high-performance composite material,the carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)has a good prospect in unmanned aerial vehicle radar which demands stringent weight requirements for its significant advantages of high specific strength,high specific stiffness and easy forming compared to traditional metal materials.For the technical characteristics of the irregular CFRP bracket of an unmanned aerial vehicle radar,systematic research and practice are carried out,including composite material selection,mold design,simulation analysis,molding technology and experimental verification.The overall manufacturing of the CFRP bracket is successfully realized by the method of flexible compression molding.The related indicators verified by experiments meet the design requirements,which provides a basic idea and useful reference for the technology design of related composite materials.
