摘　　要：青年教师是高等院校教师队伍的重要组成,是影响中国高等教育质量的根本因素,青年教师的水平对学校发展至关重要。本文以过程装备与控制工程专业青年教师为例,对学校、企业携手共同提升教师工程实践能力进行了研究,具有一定的价值和实践意义。Young teachers are important component in colleges and universities teachers＇ team,they will become the fundamental factor affecting the quality of higher education in China,the level of them is very important to the development of the school.This artical takes the process equipment and control engineering professional young teachers as an example,studies on the improvement of teachers＇ engineering practice ability with the school and enterprise combination,it has a certain value and practical significance.
