摘　　要：在当今科技快速发展的时代,科学技术也是公安工作转型侦查实践工作的生产力,创新是新时期侦查理念研究生命力。当前应用视频侦查技术这种高科技术进行破案,已经成为公安实战部门越来越受重视和常规现代化侦查技术手段。视频图像侦查也已经成为继刑事技术、行动技术、网侦技术之后的侦查破案的第四大支撑技术。本文从侦查实践的角度选题,对视频图像侦查技术、视频图像侦查技术在破案中的应用价值、信息化背景下视频图像侦查技术的发展趋势与完善三个部分进行了较为深入细致的研究。In today＇s era, with its rapid development, science and technology serves as the productivity of public security work transforming into investigation practice, and creativity proves to be the vitality of investigation theory in this new age. It has been treasured increasingly and taken as modern investigation technology routinization by police practical departments to apply video technology into investigation and detection. Following forensic science, action technology and network detection technology, video image investigation has become the top fourth-largest supporting technology. Initial information study of case investigation is always achieved by video, while current study of video investigation theory is far behind investigation practice. Therefore, the study of information analysis method during video investigation is of vital significance for enriching investigation theory, boosting polices＇ capacity of detection, enhancing the battle effectiveness of crime-fighting in practical investigation, and improving the rate of solving crimes. Based on investigation practice, this thesis consists of three parts： an overview of video image investigation technology, the application in detection, and the development trend as well as improvement of video image investigation technology under the information-based background.
