摘  要:目的:建立五叶泡的质量标准。方法:对五叶泡药材进行显微鉴别和TLC鉴别,对总灰分、水分、浸出物进行检查,采用HPLC法,使用C18色谱柱,以甲醇—0.05%磷酸(5∶95)为流动相,以272 nm为检测波长测定没食子酸的含量。结果:确定了五叶泡的显微特征,建立了TLC鉴别方法;水分限度为≤13%,总灰分限度为≤6.0%;醇溶性浸出物限度为≥10%;建立了没食子酸的含量测定方法。结论:建立的方法简便、准确、重现性好,可有效控制五叶泡药材的质量。Objective: To establish the quality standard of Rubus rosaefolius Smith. Methods: The microscop- ic identification and TLC identification of Rubus rosaefolius Smith was carried out, and the tests of total ash, contents of moistures and ethanol extracts were carried out. HPLC was used with Cis Chromatographic column tor determination of Gallic acid. Mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid (5:95). The detec- tion wavelength was 272 nm. Results: The microscopic identification and TLC identification were identified. The limit for total ash was≤6.0%, contents of moistures was≤13% and for ethanol extracts was≥ 10%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and rcproducibile, which is effective for the quality control of Rubus rosaefolius Smith.
