摘 要:为了深入研究双组分颗粒体系的流态化特性,采用基于欧拉-欧拉方法的多流体模型,对气-固流化床内双组分颗粒混合物的瞬态分级过程进行三维计算流体力学(CFD)模拟,考察残差定义形式、最大颗粒堆积率和壁面反射系数对瞬时分级程度的影响规律。结果表明:残差定义形式改变单位时间步长内的实际迭代次数,对瞬时分级程度产生重大影响;瞬时分级程度随着最大颗粒堆积率的增大而明显增大;壁面反射系数的减小会阻碍双组分颗粒混合物的分级行为,导致瞬时分级程度显著降低。In order to reveal the fluidization characteristics of binary particles, the 3D computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation on the instantaneous segregation process of binary particles in gas-solid fluidized bed was performed using the multi-fluid model based on Eulerian-Eulerian method. The effects of the definition of residual, maximum packing limit, and specularity coefficient on the instantaneous segregation extent were investigated. The results demonstrate that the definition of residual changes the real iterations per time step, which has a significant influence on the predicted instantaneous segregation extent. The instantaneous segregation extent increases remarkably with the increase of maximum packing limit. The segregation behavior of binary particles is hindered for smaller specularity coefficient, which leads to a lower instantaneous segregation extent.
