摘 要:目的:明确目前市售关黄柏药材质量是否因来源变化而产生变化。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)分别检测野生、市售关黄柏样品中盐酸黄柏碱、木兰花碱、盐酸药根碱、盐酸巴马汀和盐酸小檗碱等5种生物碱成分的含量,利用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定关黄柏样品中钙(Ca)、铜(Cu)、铁(Fe)、钾(K)、镁(Mg)、锰(Mn)、钠(Na)、磷(P)、硫(S)、锌(Zn)等10种微量元素含量,并对两组药材进行比较。结果:野生关黄柏与市售关黄柏生物碱含量无明显差异,钙(Ca)、铁(Fe)、钾(K)、镁(Mg)、锰(Mn)、硫(S)等微量元素含量存在差异,部分市售关黄柏S含量较高。结论:野生与市售关黄柏质量不能等同。Objective: To clear whether the quality of the current commercially available Cortex Phellodendri Amurensis would change along with the change of sources. Methods: The collected wild and commercially available herbs were used as test materials, and the content of phellodendrine chloride, magnoflorine, jatrorrhizine hydrochloride, palmatine hydrochloride and herberine hydrochloride were determined by HPLC. Besides, the content of Ca, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Na, P, S, Zn were also determined by ICP-AES. Results: There were no significant differences between wild and commercially available Cortex Phellodendri Amurensis in the content of five alkaloids, hut the content of Ca, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, S showed differences. Furthermore, commercially available Cortex Phellodendri Amurensis partially owned high content of S. Conclusion: The quality of wild and commercially available Cortex Phellodendri Amurensis is unequal.
