摘 要:采用PCR技术对嘉兴市地表水和农田土壤中sul1、sul2、tetA、tetB和tetC等5种基因分布现状进行了调查。结果表明20个地表水水样中sul1、sul2、tetA、tetB和tetC基因的检出率分别为65.0%、95.0%、80.0%、40.0%、90.0%,9个农田土壤样品中sul1、sul2、tetA、tetB和tetC基因的检出率分别为55.6%,100.0%,55.6%,44.4%,88.9%。检测结果说明嘉兴市已经广泛受到抗生素抗性基因污染,为嘉兴市水污染治理提出了更高的要求。PCR was used to investigate the distribution of 5 ARGs, including sull, sul2, tetA, tetB and tetC in groundwater and farmland soil of Jiaxing City. The results showed that all these five genes were all detected in both water and soil samples. The detection rate of sull, sul2, tetA, tetB, tetC was 65.0%, 95.0%, 80.0%, 40.0% and 90.0%, based on 20 groundwater samples and 55.6%, 100.0%, 55.6%, 44.4% and 88.9% based on 9 farmland soil samples, respectively. The results revealed that Jiaxing City was widely contaminated with ARGs, drawing higher demand in water pollution control of Jiaxing City.
