摘　　要：我们以金银花中绿原酸的提取及含量测定为内容开设了分析化学综合实验。该实验可使学生了解索氏提取器、超声-微波协同萃取仪和高效液相色谱的工作原理,掌握利用不同溶剂和不同提取方法提取金银花中绿原酸成分的实验方法及利用高效液相色谱进行定性和定量分析的实验技术。A comprehensive experiment of analytical chemistry based on chlorogenic acid extraction and determination in Flos Lonicerae was designed. Through the experiment, the working principles of Soxhlet, ultrasonic microwave synergistic extraction and high performance liquid chromatography could be understood, different experimental methods and solvents to extract chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae could be mastered, and application of high performance liquid chromatography experimental techniques for qualitative and quantitative analysis also could be mastered.
