中药通腑理气方灌肠结合针灸治疗癌性肠梗阻的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究中药通腑理气方灌肠结合针灸治疗癌性肠梗阻的疗效。方法:随机收集癌性肠梗阻住院患者共114例,分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组同时采用中药通腑理气方灌肠结合针灸治疗,比较两组患者肠梗阻恢复的时间和程度。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组癌性肠梗阻有效率提高,恢复时间缩短,手术率降低。结论:中药通腑理气方结合针灸对癌性肠梗阻有较好的治疗作用。Objective：To study therapeutic effect of coloclysis with Tongfu Liqi decoction and acupuncture on malingnant bowel obstruction. Methods：A total of 114 cases of malingnant bowel obstruction were collected. The control group was given routine treatment and the treatment group was given coloclysis with Tongfu Liqi decoction and acupuncture. The time and extent of recovery of intestinal functions were compared between the two groups. Results：Compared with control group,effective rate was improved,the time of recovery was shortened （P〈0.05） and operation rate was decreased in treatment group.Conclusion：Coloclysis with Tongfu Liqi decoction and acupuncture has good effect on malingnant bowel obstruction.
