摘　　要：高校系部文化的内容包括精神文化、行为文化、物质文化和制度文化,它具有学术性和德育性、渗透性和依赖性、系统性和多元性、独立性和开放性,同时高校系部文化还具有教育功能、社会功能、制约功能和激励创造功能。The contents of department’s cultural connotation of Colleges include spirit culture, behavior culture, material culture and system culture. Department’s cultural connotation is academic and moral; permeable and dependent; systematic and diverse; independent and open. It also has educational, social, controlling and creative functions for the development of the departments.
