摘　　要：文章介绍了如何在钢铁行业中灵活运用TRIZ理论。阐述了TRIZ理论中的冲突理论和理想解对产品研发工作的指导意义,以及如何借用TRIZ中解决技术冲突和物理冲突的方法,来解决实际生产中的产品设计和技术矛盾问题。建议广大从事钢铁生产人员都应学习和熟练掌握TRIZ理论,实现产品的升级换代和生产技术进步,进而提高企业的技术水平和产品创新能力。In the paper, it is introduced how to apply TRIZ theory flexibly in iron and steel industry, elaborated guiding significance of conflict theory and understanding in the theory for research and development work of products as well as how to solve problems of product design and technical contradiction in actual productions with the methods for solving technical and physical contradictions it~ the theory. It is suggested that all the personnel engaging in steel productions should learn and be proficiency in the theory to realize upgrading and updating of products as well as progress of production technology so that the technological level and product innovation capability of enterprises could be improved.
