摘　　要：精益理念已经逐步延伸到社会的各行各业,文章尝试将精益理念植入职业教育改革的课堂教学,仅就数控加工技术课程中的一个导向目标设计了一个课堂实例。实践证明:要将职业教育改革落到实处,就必须用精益理念指导教学的每个环节,一丝不苟的将精益计划落实进入课堂。The lean concept has been gradually extended to all industries of the society. In the paper, the lean concept is tried to be introduced into classroom teaching for vocational education reform by designing a class example with a guiding target in the course of numerical control machining technology. The practices prove that each link of teaching must be guided by lean concept and lean planning should be regularly implemented into classroom so that vocational education reform would be implemented.
