远程高等教育学生工作制度建设研究

摘　　要：远程开放教育对学生工作的需求以及已经开展的实践,要求远程高等教育机构建立自成体系的学生工作制度。研究发现远程高等教育的学生工作制度具有系统性、针对性、灵活性、渐进性的特点。"横纵结合"学生工作制度体系框架,横向是内容维度,包括辅助教学、服务生活、日常管理与服务、职业发展服务、学生工作本身的管理等五个方面;纵向是办学体系内各级教学单位根据办学分工,建立不同层次的制度和规范。学生工作制度需按照需求分析、研制制度、试点应用、反馈调整、深入推广的流程进行建设,从而保证制度建设的科学性、合理性和实用性。The demand and practice of student work in open and distance education require the distance higher education institutions to build their own rules of student work.The study finds that the distance higher education student work rules have the characteristics of systematic,targeted,flexibility,progressive.The framework of student work rules is crisscrossing.For the transverse dimension,the content includes five aspects as the auxiliary teaching,life service,daily management and service,career development and the management of student work itself.The longitudinal rules involve establishing different levels of systems and norms within the school system at all levels of teaching units according to the school division.Student work system should be constructed in accordance with the process of system requirements analysis,system research,pilot applications,feedback adjustment and in-depth promotion,so as to ensure the construction of a scientific,rational and practical system.
