志愿者视阈下的高校就业心理辅导

摘　　要：就业形势的严峻导致现阶段大学生就业问题凸显,高校朋辈志愿者就业心理辅导被提升到新的高度。大学生就业心理辅导是朋辈心理辅导的重要内容,是帮助大学生建立健康的就业心理和正确的就业价值观的重要途径和手段。在高校中设立就业朋辈志愿者参与大学生心就业理健康教育工作是重要的。通过探究高校朋辈志愿者在大学生就业心理辅导中的运用情况,分析高校朋辈心理辅导员在进行就业心理辅导实践的不足,提出要关注大学生的就业心理状况,构建就业心理辅导工作体系,提升朋辈志愿者的素养,创新朋辈志愿者就业辅导方式和内容等对策与建议,完善朋辈心理辅导员队伍的建设,进一步解决大学生的就业心理问题,从而促进大学成良好健康的就业心理的形成。Serious cause of present college students employment problem of the employment situation, em- ployment counseling peer volunteers in colleges and universities was promoted to a new height. University students employment psychological guidance is an important content of peer counseling, is to help college students set up healthy employment psychology and correct values important way and means of employment. Heart has been set up peer volunteers to participate in college students＇employment in colleges and universi- ties employment health education work is important. In peer volunteers in the university students employ- ment of colleges and universities through the application of psychological counseling, analysis of peer coun- selor in employment counseling practice, put forward to focus on college students employment psychological conditions, build employment psychological counselling work system, promote peer volunteers literacy, in- novation peer- counseling volunteers employment way and content, etc. Countermeasures and Suggestions, improve the peer counselor team construction, and further solve the employment of college students psycho- logical problems, so as to promote the formation of a good university into a healthy employment psychology.
