摘　　要：针对萍安钢60 t转炉使用的石灰活性度较差、石灰单耗高的问题,选择合适的渣系碱度和使用留渣操作、高枪化渣和辅助化渣技术,使过程化渣效果得到改善,石灰利用率提高,石灰消耗降低至32 kg/t。According the problems of poor lime activity and high consumption which is used by 60 - ton converter in Pingan Steel, the choice of suitable slag basicity and the remaining slag operation, high gun slagging and assisting slag technology are taken to improve the process of slagging. Utilization of lime increases and lime consumption reduces to 32 kg/t.
