角膜胶原膜的研制及临床应用

摘　　要：目的研究角膜胶原膜的制做方法及其在单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎(HSK)治疗中的应用。方法从猪巩膜中提取胶原采用离心干燥成膜法制成角膜胶原膜 ,在无环鸟苷药液内浸泡后用治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎。结果应用浸泡无环鸟苷(ACV)药液的胶原膜治疗组病灶平均愈合时间9 45天 ,局部滴无环鸟苷药液组病灶愈合平均时间14 36天 ,两组治愈和有效率分别为90 63 % ,65 63 %和96 88 % ,81 25 %差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。Aim The method of preparing corneal collagen shield and its therapeutic effect treating Herpes Simplex Keratitis (HSK) were studied. Methods Collagen was extracted from sclera of pig. Using centrifugal method to make corneal collagen shield. After soaked with Aciclovir (ACV),the corneal collagen shields were used for treating HSK. Reslts The results indicate that in the group of corneal collagen shield soaked with ACV the average recover time of cornea was 9.45 days, in the group of instillation of ACV eye drops the average recover time was 14.36 days. The cure rate and effective rate of the two groups were 90.63%?65.63% and 96.88%?81.25%(P<0.05).Conclusions The corneal collagen shield immersed with ACV will play an important role in HSK treatment.
