清肝解郁方对偏头痛患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的评价清肝解郁方治疗肝郁化热证偏头痛患者的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法采用随机对照的设计方法,共纳入符合入组标准的60例患者,治疗组服用清肝解郁方免煎颗粒,对照组服用天舒胶囊,疗程均为4周。分别于治疗前后对患者生活质量及头痛发作次数、天数进行评价。结果 1)治疗后,2组患者SF-36生活质量各条目得分均较治疗前提高,且治疗组提高更明显,条目活力(VT)组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2)治疗前后,2组生活质量各条目得分差值的组间比较,心理健康(MH)、社会功能(SF)、活力(VT)及总体健康(GH)具有统计学意义;3)治疗前后2组头痛发作次数、天数差值的组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清肝解郁方能显著提高肝郁化热证偏头痛患者的生活质量,且能减少头痛发作的次数和天数。Objective To investigate the effects of Qinggan Jieyu Granule in the improvement of the quality of life in patients with migraine. Methods Using the SF-36 scale of Chinese version,we investigated the life quality of 60 migraine patients. The treatment group was given Qinggan Jieyu Granule and the control group was given Tianshu capsule. Life quality,migraine attack frequency and the days of migraine attacks were evaluated before and after the treatment respectively. Results After 4 weeks＇ treatment,the quality of life was improved in both groups,more obvious in the treatment group,vitality（VT） has statistical significance between groups（P 0. 05）. In contrast of deviations of each item between the two groups,mental health（MH）,social function（SF）,vitality（VT） and general health（GH）had statistical difference. The deviation of migraine attacks and migraine days before and after the treatment had statistical difference（P 0. 05）. Conclusion Qinggan Jieyu Granule can improve the quality life of migraine patients and reduce the migraine attack frequency and the days of migraine attacks.
