柴芩承气汤对重症急性胰腺炎免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨柴芩承气汤对重症急性胰腺炎患者内毒素、白细胞介素-6的影响。方法选取2014年7月—2015年3月在我院接受治疗的重症急性胰腺炎患者100例,按照随机数表法将所有患者分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组给予柴芩承气汤治疗,对照组给予常规治疗,比较两组患者治疗以后T细胞亚群、IL-6和IL-8、超敏C反应蛋白和内毒素以及临床效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者的CD4^+〔(45.62±2.78)pg/m L〕高于对照组〔(40.23±1.98)pg/m L〕,观察组患者的CD8^+以及CD4^+/CD8^+都有所下降,观察组〔(32.67±1.57)、(1.25±0.10)pg/m L〕低于对照组〔(35.26±3.02)、(1.98±0.37)pg/m L〕,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患者的IL-6和IL-8都有所下降,观察组〔(74.26±9.78)、(3.05±0.24)pg/m L〕低于对照组〔(80.64±8.15)、(4.62±0.17)pg/m L〕,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者的超敏C反应蛋白以及内毒素都有所下降,观察组〔(7.12±0.31)、(0.28±0.05)pg/m L〕低于对照组〔(9.23±1.25)、(0.87±0.08)pg/m L〕,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后有效率98.00%明显高于对照组80.00%,差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论柴芩承气汤可以调节重症胰腺患者免疫功能,利于患者预后。Objective To investigate the effect of Chai Qin Cheng Qi decoction on patients with severe acute toxin and interleukin-6. Methods The 100 cases of severe acute pancreatitis were selected from July 2014 to March2015 in our hospital for treatment,according to a random number table method all patients were divided into observation group and control group,50 cases of observation group treatment by Chai Qin Cheng Qi decoction,control group received conventional treatment,after treatment were compared in patients with T-cell subsets,IL-6 and IL-8,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and endotoxin as well as clinical results. Results After treatment,the observation group of patients with CD4~＋〔（45. 62 ± 2. 78） pg /m L〕was higher〔（40. 23 ± 1. 98） pg /m L〕,observation group were CD8~＋and CD4~＋/ CD8~＋have decreased in the observation group 〔（32. 67 ± 1. 57）,（1. 25 ± 0. 10） pg / m L〕than the control group 〔（35. 26 ± 3. 02）,（1. 98 ± 0. 37） pg / m L〕,the difference was significant（P 0. 05）; after treatment,both groups of patients with IL-6 and IL-8 have declined observation group 〔（74. 26 ± 9. 78）,（3. 05 ± 0. 24） pg / m L〕than the control group 〔（80. 64 ± 8. 15）,（4. 62 ± 0. 17） pg / m L〕,the difference was significant（P 0. 05）; two groups were ultra-sensitivity C-reactive protein and endotoxins have decreased in the observation group 〔（7. 12 ±0. 31）,（0. 28 ± 0. 05） pg / m L〕than the control group〔（9. 23 ± 1. 25）,（0. 87 ± 0. 08） pg / m L〕,the difference was significant（P 0. 05）; the observation group after treatment efficiency of 98. 00% was significantly higher than 80. 00%,the difference was significant（P 0. 05）. Conclusion Chai Qin Cheng Qi decoction can be adjusted in patients with T-cell subsets and interleukins,endotoxin and may improve patients,improve the patient＇s immune cells.
