多尺度视角下的江苏省创新差异及其原因分析

摘　　要：江苏省的社会经济可持续发展对我国的现代化和城镇化建设具有重要的推动意义,而江苏省创新能力的提升成为其发展的关键。基于标准差指数、变差系数、区位基尼系数和集中度指数的定量研究方法,研究江苏省在区域、市域和县域多尺度上的区域创新差异;构建区域创新能力指标体系,运用因子分析法探索各尺度创新差异的原因。研究表明:2010年以后,江苏省区域、市域和县域创新差异高速增加,其中影响区域创新差异的主要原因是经济水平因素,影响市域创新差异的主要原因是创新投入因素,影响县域创新差异的主要原因是新型对外经济联系因素;苏南地区在区域、市域和县域尺度上均表现出创新集聚效应,苏南创新型区域已经形成。The sustainable development of social economy in Jiangsu province is of great significance to our country’s modernization and urbanization, and the promotion of innovation ability of Jiangsu province has become the key to the development. Based on the quantitative research methods of standard deviation, variation coefficient, location Gini coefficient and concentration index, the regional innovation differences and their reasons in the region, urban and county scale of Jiangsu province are studied. Research shows that after 2010, Jiangsu Province, region, urban and county innovation differences increased with a high speed, the main reasons which affect the regional innovation disparity is economic factors, the main reason for the effect of urban differences in innovation is the innovation input factors, county innovation differences influence the main reason is that a new foreign economic relation factors. In the South of Jiangsu region, urban and county scale showed innovation agglomeration effect, South of Jiangsu innovative region has been formed.
