摘　　要：电铸硬足金首饰以其成色高、硬度高、质量轻的突出优点得到了市场的青睐,但由于其研发时间较短,无论是设计研发人员、生产制作人员还是消费者都对这种技术和产品缺乏足够的了解。该文对比分析了电铸硬足金首饰与传统足金首饰的性能特点,结合其生产工艺技术要求,从突出立体感、适当的表面装饰工艺、可镶嵌性、避免尖锐的棱边角和避免易变形的结构等5个方面分析探讨了电铸硬足金首饰的设计特点及注意事项,同时结合市场需求分析了电铸硬足金首饰的设计题材选择及发展趋势。With its outstanding advantages of high purity, high hardness and light weight, the electroformed hard pure gold jewelry has been favored by the market. However, due to its short development history, the product as well as the technique is insufficiently understood by jewelry designers, producers and consumers. In this paper, the characteris- tics of traditional pure gold jewelry and electroformed hard pure gold jewelry are compared. Based on the technical re- quirements of production, the design features and precautions of the electroformed hard pure gold jewelry were ana- lyzed and discussed from five aspects, including highlighting the three-dimensional sense, appropriate surface decora- tion process, adaptability for gem setting, avoiding sharp edges and angles, and avoiding the structures vulnerable to de- formation. Meanwhile, the design theme options and development trends of the electroformed hard pure gold jewelry are analyzed according to market demands.
