摘　　要：To protect women＇s land-related rights, Jiangxi （in East China） Women＇s Federation and Jiangxi Department of Land and Resources on July 13 promulgated the notice on protecting rural women＇s legal rights and interests during confirmation of their right to use their homesteads. The notice was the first of its kind in China.
