摘　　要：目的探讨P13K/AKT及ERK信号通路在胃癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法及Western blot方法检测p-AKT、p-ERK在胃癌、癌旁及胃组织正常黏膜中的表达情况。结果 p-AKT及p-ERK在胃癌、癌旁及胃组织正常黏膜中均有不同程度的表达,三组相比差异具有统计学意义。Western-blot结果显示,p-AKT及p-ERK蛋白表达与分化程度相关。结论 p-AKT、p-ERK在胃癌中均高表达,二者的表达均与肿瘤组织分化程度相关,联合检测对胃癌的预防和治疗具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the expression of p-AKT,p-ERK in gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods SP immunohistochemical and Western blot analysis were used to detect the expression of p-AKT and p-ERK in gastric carcinoma,paracancer,normal gastric tissue. Results p-AKT and p-ERK were found to be expressed in gastric carcinoma,paracancer,and normal gastric tissue,with significant statistical significance. Western blot showed that the expressions of p-AKT and p-ERK had correlation with degrees of pathological differentiation. Conclusion The expression of p-AKT,p-ERK are higher in gastric carcinoma and both correlated with differentiation degree,Combined detection of p-AKT and p-ERK is of vital significance for diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of gastric carcinoma.
