摘　　要：中核集团的企业文化传承自核工业文化和核安全文化 作为我国核工业的开拓者和引领者，中核集团的企业文化多传承于核工业文化和核安全文化。中核集团在发展的过程中，逐步建立起了具有核工业独特性的企业文化，铸就了“事业高于一切，责任重于一切，严细融入一切，进取成就一切”的核工业精神，形成了以核安全文化为灵魂的企业文化。目前，中核集团整体上形成了由企业宗旨（兴核强国、服务社会）、企业精神（“阳个一切”的核工业精神）、As the nuclear industrial pioneer and leader in China, CNNC enterprise culture comes from nuclear industry culture and nuclear safety culture. In the procedure of CNNC developing, the enterprise culture is gradually built and become unique and specific as the Nuclear Industry Spirit and also comes with the nuclear safety culture.Today, CNNC has concluded the whole culture system which consists of the enterprise tenet, enterprise spirit, the enterprise view of value, the missions and so on. The construction of this culture system can help the staffs acknowledge the history of nuclear industry development with the Nuclear Industry Spirit passing over generations. At the meantime, it also played a vital role in promoting the nuclear industry development safely and efficiently.
