高职会计电算化专业人才培养模式创新研究——基于人才培养质量视角

摘　　要：本文以新疆石河子职业技术学院会计电算化专业为例,以本校会计电算化专业建设优势为基点,从"课证融合、学做互动、技能提升"三位一体人才培养模式的建构、以会计工作岗位职业能力为主线的会计电算化专业课程体系的重构及"多证融通"教育模式的实施三个维度,对会计电算化专业的人才培养模式进行了创新研究,以期为相关专业人才培养提供借鉴。Taking the computerized accounting profession of Xinjiang Shihezi Vocational Technical College as the example and putting the advantages of professional construction as the basic point, this paper studied com-puterized accounting professional training model from the construction of the trinity talent training mode of“course certificate integration, interaction between learning and doing, and skills upgrading”, from recon-struction of accounting computerization specialty curriculum system based on accounting professional ability and from the implementation of the education mode of “multi certificate” hoping provide a reference for the relevant professional personnel training.
