莳萝蒿挥发油化学成分分析

摘　　要：采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取莳萝蒿挥发油,通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术结合各化合物保留指数对其中的化学成分进行鉴定。莳萝蒿挥发油共鉴定出53种化合物,占挥发油色谱峰总面积的90.02%。主要成分及其相对质量分数分别为桉油精(22.48%)、β-侧柏酮(15.16%)、侧柏酮(4.33%)、松香芹酮(4.16%)和左旋龙脑(4.08%)。Volatile oil of Artemisia anethoides Mattf. was extracted with steam distillation. Its chemical constituents wereidentified by GC-MS and retention index of individual compound. We identified 53 components, 90. 02% of its total GC peak area. Their principal chemical constituents and relative mass fraction are 22. 48% Eucalyptol, 15. 16% p-Thujone, 4.33% Thujone, 4.16% Pinocarvone, 4.08% L-Borneol.
