RegIV在结肠癌中的表达及其与血管新生的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究RegIV在结肠癌中的表达及其与血管新生的相关性。方法采用En Vision法进行免疫组化染色,对60例结肠癌、20例正常结肠组织中的RegIV、VEGF-A、FⅧ的表达水平进行检测,并分析RegIV与VEGF-A、微血管密度(MVD)的相关性。结果结肠癌组织中RegⅣ、VEGF-A表达水平明显升高,与正常组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结肠癌患者癌组织中RegⅣ、VEGF-A表达水平与肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移、临床分期相关(P<0.05),与性别、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。结肠癌组织中RegⅣ的表达与VEGF-A表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。RegⅣ阳性表达病例MVD值为(56.7±12.95),显著高于正常组MVD值(49.8±6.36)(P<0.05)。结论 RegIV的表达可能在结肠癌的侵袭与转移中发挥着重要作用,推测结肠癌中的RegIV高表达可能通过促进VEGF-A表达增加血管密度,进而加速肿瘤的发生和进展。Objective To study the expression of ReglV in colon carcinoma and its correlation with angiogenesis. Methods the envision immunohistochemical staining, of 60 cases of colon carcinoma and 20 cases of normal colon tis- sue of regiv, VEGF - A and FVIII expression levels were detected, and analysis of regiv and VEGF - A, micro vessel density （MVD） correlation. Results The expression level of Reg and VEGF - A in colon carcinoma tissue was significandy higher than that in normal group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The expression level of Reg and VEGF - A in colorectal cancer patients was related to the degree of tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage （P 〈 0. 05 ）, which was independent of sex and tumor size （P 〉 0. 05）. The expression of Reg IV was positively correlated with VEGF - A ex- pression in colon cancer tissues （P 〈0. 05）. The positive expression of Reg in MVD was （56.7 ± 12. 95）, which was significantly higher than that in the normal group MVD （6. 36 ± 49. 8） （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion RegIV expression may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of colon cancer, speculated that colon cancer in regiv high expres- sion may promote the VEGF - A expression increased vascular density, thereby accelerating the carcinogenesis and tumor progression.
