摘　　要：目的研究CerbB2、ER、PR、Ki67在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法选择2013年8月—2014年9月来郑州大学附属肿瘤医院治疗乳腺癌的患者67例作为研究组,同期选择67例乳腺良性病者作为对照组。观察两组患者CerbB2、ER、PR、Ki67表达情况。结果研究组的CerbB2、ER、PR、Ki67阳性表达率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者的CerbB2、ER、PR、Ki67表达情况与乳腺良性病者存在明显差异,临床可将CerbB2、ER、PR、Ki67表达情况作为诊断及评估预后的重要指标。Objective To study the expressions and clinical significances of CerbB2, ER, PR and Ki67 in breast canc- er. Methods Totally 67 patients of our hospital with breast cancer were selected as the study group from August 2013 to September 2014 ,while 67 cases of benign breast disease were selected as the control group. The expressions of Ki67, ER, PR and CerbB2 in the two groups were observed. Results The positive expression rates of Ki67, PR, ER and CerbB2 in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group , the difference was statistically signif- icant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The expressions of ER, PR, Ki67 and CerbB2 in breast cancer patients were signifi- cantly different from patients with benign breast disease. CerbB2, PR, ER and Ki67 expression can be used as an impor- tant index to diagnose and evaluate the prognosis.
