玻璃纤维桩在前牙牙体缺损美容修复中的应用观察

摘　　要：目的研究纤维桩的临床修复效果。方法对2006年10月—之008年10月就诊的82例患者共123颗严重牙体缺损上前牙，经完善的根管治疗后，采用玻璃纤维桩树脂核恢复基牙外形并行全瓷冠修复。经过3个月-2年的随访观察，结合临床及x线检查，评判修复效果及美观效果。结果3个月和6个月时的修复成功率为100％，1年后的成功率为95．9％，2年后的成功率为94％。结论玻璃纤维桩在前牙牙体缺损的修复中具有良好的美学效果，且不易造成根折。Objective To evaluate the effects of defective anterior teeth restored with glass fiber posts. Methods To- tally 123 anterior teeth from 82 patients after root canal therapy were restored with glass fiber posts and resin cores. All ceramic crowns were used to restore the teeth. After 3 - 24 months intervals, the restorations were evaluated clinical- ly according to clinical observation an X - ray examination. Results After observation of 3 and 6months, the success rates are all 100%. Mter 1 year and 2 years the success rates reached 95.9% and 94% respectively. Conclusion The clinical application of glass fiber posts has satisfactory aesthetic and clinical effects without root fractures.
