摘 要:街区制与封闭社区制规划思想源于东西方城市发展的不同轨迹,也是两者城市路网形态及城市空间布局各不相同的原因.通过回顾我国里坊城市及西方国家街坊城市发展历史,以及对中国新里坊城市的发展现状的研究,从商业空间、实际路网密度、交通效率、安全与管理等方面对比分析了街区制与封闭社区制规划思想的优缺点.考虑到中国城镇化水平的持续提高和城市积聚效应的不断扩大,提倡在规划城市路网时采用街区制规划思想,营造更具效率、活力与开放度的城市环境.Block-based communities and gated communities planning thoughts originated from different path of urban development in eastern countries and western countries, and these also make cities' road networks different. First, the history of urban-road network morphology in both eastern and western countries was reviewed, and the current situation of new gated communities in China was reseaiched. Then the advantages and disadvantages between block-based communities and gated communities have been contrasted. Moreover, considering the growing urbanization level of China and the expansion of the city accumulation effect, this paper proposed the urban road network planning based on block-based communities system. Based on the study, a more efficient, dynamic and open city environment could be created.
