高校水电节能管理模式探索与反思

摘　　要：传统水电管理模式已经无法满足当前高等院校发展的基本要求,因此高校应当增强对水电使用的监督和管理,从而有效降低高校发展经费。文章结合高等院校发展的实际状况和基本特点,构建出新型且良好的水电管理模式,以推动节约型校园以及可持续发展校园的迅速发展。As the traditional mode of water and electricity management can＇ t meet the basic requirements of the current development of universities and colleges. Universities and colleges should enhance the supervision and management of the use of water and electricity so as to effectively decrease the cost of their development. This paper builds a new mode for management of water and electricity by combining practical conditions of the development of universities with their basic features in a bid to advance the rapid development of conservation-oriented campuses and the campuses featuring sustainable development.
