摘  要:使用Na BH_4还原金属盐制备非晶态纳米合金Co-Ni-W-B催化剂,改进NH_3BH_3/Li BH_4复合体系的室温水解放氢性能。使用物理吸附仪、XRD、SEM等对合金催化剂进行了表征。实验表明,通过Co-Ni-W-B的催化,NH_3BH_3/Li BH_4复合体系于室温条件下在10 min内完成放氢。当进一步加入Ni Cl_2,可使该体系在6 min内完成放氢。实验研究了复合催化剂的循环催化性能,并利用质谱仪对复合体系的催化放氢产物进行了检测,发现产物中只有氢气存在,可直接为燃料电池供氢。Co-Ni-W-B amorphous nano-alloy was synthesized via the reduction of saline by NaBH4 for the improvement of hydrolytic dehydrogenation of NH3BH/LiBH4 composites at room temperature. Alloy catalysts were characterized by BET, XRD and SEM. The experimental results show that through the catalytic Co-base alloy, the NH3BH/LiBH4 composite system completes its dehydrogenation within 10 min at room temperature. The system completes its dehydrogenation within 6 min by addition of NiCI2. The cyclic catalytic proper'des of the composite catalyst were investigated. The gas produced by complex system was tested via a mass spectrometer, finding that only hydrogen is present. It is suitable for direct use of fuel cells.
