一效膏联合TDP特定电磁波治疗中风后Ⅲ期褥疮随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察一效膏联合TDP特定电磁波治疗中风后Ⅲ期褥疮疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将48例住院患者按病志号抽签方法简单随机分两组;常规碘伏棉球消毒疮面周围,彻底清洁,清除腐烂坏死组织,腐肉较多用双氧水清洁,0.9%氯化钠注射液冲洗。对照组24例一效散（煅炉甘石、滑石、片栗粉、朱砂、冰片等）,取一效膏适量均匀涂抹于凡士林纱布上,面积较疮面稍大,厚度约2mm,覆于疮面,再用无菌纱布覆盖包扎,每日换药2次。治疗组24例CQ-29特定电磁波距离疮面25cm进行照射,10~15min/次;一效膏治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效15例,有效6例,无效3例,总有效率87.50%。对照组显效7例,有效7例,无效10例,总有效率58.30%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。[结论]一效膏联合TDP特定电磁波治疗中风后Ⅲ期褥疮,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。[Objective] This article observe the effect of Yixiaogao associating with Specific Electromagnetic Wave Therapeutic Apparatus in the Treatment of Pressure Ulcers after Stroke Ⅲ. [Method] Using parallel control method, Chosed 48 post stroke patients who were choosen by drawig lots by disease sign combined with pressure ulcers phase Ⅲ, and randomly divided into two groups. Used Iodine volts cotton ball to disinfect the wound of patients. Removed decay necrotic tissue. Cleaned with hydrogen peroxide solution when the carrion was large, the flushed the wound with 0.9% sodium chloride injection. 24 patients of the control group treated with Yixiaogao （Calcined calamine, talc, Chestnut powder, Cinnabar, borneol etc.）. Daubed amount of Yixiaogao in the area that slightly bigger than the wound evenly on the vaseline gauze the thickness was about 2 ram. Put the vaseline gauze on the wound, then a sterile gauze covered them. Changed the bandage tiwce daily. 24 patients of the treatment group irradiated with CQ-29 specific electromagnetic wave 25 cm above the wound., 10-15 min/times. The treatment of Yixiaogao was the same with control group. Continue the treatment of 7 days as 1 course of treatment. Observated the clinical symptoms, the area of wound, the adverse reaction. Continued the treatment for 4 courses of treatment, then determined efficacy. [Rusults] Effective in 15 cases, Less effective in 6 cases, Ineffective in 3 cases in treatment group. The total efficiency is 87.50%. Effective in 7 cases, Less effective in 7 cases, Ineffective in 10 cases in control group. The total efficiency is 58.30%. Treatment group better than control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Yixiaogao associating with Specific Electromagnetic Wave in the treatment of pressure ulcers after Stroke Ⅲ is effective, no serious adverse reaction and worthy of promotion.
