品管圈活动在保证医师交接班记录完整性中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈在保证医师交接班记录完整性中的作用,以提高交接班质量,保障医疗安全。方法按照品管圈活动的基本操作步骤,运用质量管理工具,对医师交接班记录的完整性进行调查,分析医师交接班记录不完整的原因,提出并落实改进对策,将活动开展前后的情况进行比较。结果医师交接班记录不完整率从活动前的47.1%下降至19.3%,活动前后有显著性差异(P<0.05);医师对责任心、品管手法运用等自我评价均较活动前提升。结论通过此次品管圈活动,显著降低了医师交接班记录的不完整率,提高了医师交接班质量和效率,增强了圈员自我质量管理意识和品管工具运用的能力。Objective：To explore the function of quality control circle in ensuring the integrity of records of physicians＇ change shifts, in order to improve the quality of the change shifts and ensure the safety of medical treatment. Methods： According to the basic steps of quality control circle activity, we investigated the integrity of the records of physicians＇ change shifts, analyzed the reasons for the incomplete records of physicians＇ change shifts, put forward and implemented the improvement measures, and compared the situation before and after the activity with quality management tools. Results：The rate of incomplete records of physicians＇change shifts was reduced from 47. 1% to 19. 3%, and there were significant differences（P〈0. 05）.; physi-cians＇ self assessment of responsibility and application of quality control technique was upgraded as compared with before. Con-clusions：Through the quality control circle activity, the rate of incomplete records of physicians＇ change shifts was reduced sig-nificantly, the quality and efficiency of the physicians ＇ change shifts has been improved, members ＇ self quality management awareness and ability to use quality management tools have been enhanced.
