摘　　要：本文介绍了技术市场的概念和网上技术市场的内涵,研究了我国网上技术市场的类型和服务体系,阐述了我国技术市场交易现状,着重分析了江西网上技术市场平台的主要功能,并提出了江西网上技术市场平台发展的对策。This paper introduces the concept of technology market and the online technology market, studies the type and service system of the online technology market, expounds on the current status of trading the technology market in China, details the main function of the online technology market platform, and finally puts forward the development strategy for Jiangxi Province.
