摘　　要：广州起义期间,广州南关地区遭受重创。保险公司与受灾商户在是否"兵燹"和赔偿标准上存在较大分歧,致使南关保险赔偿案虽经当地政府多次"调解"却仍旧没有落实。其中暴露了当时广州地方保险业在立法层面、保险赔偿制度、保险公司自身等多方面的问题。探讨这一保险赔偿案及背后的问题,也能为当下保险业的发展提供借鉴。During the Guangzhou uprising, Nanguan area in Guangzhou suffered heavy losses. There were a lot of different opinions between the insurance company and the affected businesses about whether or not it was ＂the ravages of war＂ and compensation standards. Though the local government tried many times to mediate the case of insurance compensation , it has not been implemented yet, which exposed various problems in local insurance industry in Guangzhou, such as the enactment of law, insurance compensation system, the insurance company themselves, and other issues. To exploring the insurance compensation case and the problems behind it is of great significance to understanding the development of the insurance industry at that time, and can provide reference for the development of the insurance industry in the future.
