摘 要:针对现有变结构直流附加控制器简化模型存在误差和控制器精度不足的问题,提出一种基于新型变结构的交直流附加阻尼控制器设计方法。首先通过状态观测器得到系统的状态变量,引入变结构控制理论,选取线性切换函数和指数趋近律,且结合二次型性能指标最优控制,设计抑制交直流输电系统区域间低频振荡的新型变结构直流附加控制器;为进一步提高系统稳定性,基于该方法设计发电机励磁附加控制器,实现机网协调控制;最后在PSCAD建立四机两区域仿真模型进行时域仿真,仿真结果表明该新型变结构附加控制器具有较强的鲁棒性和较好的暂态稳定控制性能,研究成果可指导工程实践。A new variable structure additional damping controller for AC-DC transmission system was proposed to solve the errors existing on DC simplified model and controller's lacking of precision. First, the system state variables were obtained through the state observer. And then variable structure control theory was introduced, and linear switching function and exponential reaching law were chosen. Combined with the optimal control by quadratic performance index, a new DC additional damping controller was designed, which used for damping inter-area oscillation of AC-DC transmission system. For further improving the system stability, coordinate variable structure controller of generator had been designed by using the new design method, which achieved harmony control between generating unit and grid. Finally, the four machine systems in two areas were built in PSCAD for time domain simulation. The simulation results demonstrate the stronger robustness and the better transient control performance. The research results can guide engineering practice.
