摘　　要：测试各类伺服电机(包括交流伺服电机、主轴电机、力矩电机等)及其驱动器的高性能参数指标和可靠性,需要在多个测试平台进行测试,测试数据需要集中管理。设计测试数据管理软件,对于多个测试平台的测试数据,实现测试数据的存储、查询并自动生成测试报告。采用合理的、统一的数据存储格式,将各测试平台通过网络通讯建立测试数据库,输出测试结果,作为自动化测试系统的主要软件组成部分,设计结果达到了实用性的目的。Testing high performance parameters and reliability of servo motors and drives, these tests need to be tested on a number of test platforms, Test data requires centralized management. Designed test data man- agement software, the test data of a number of test platforms, to achieve to the test data storage, query and automatically generate reports. Took reasonable and uniform data storage format, established test database, the test platform through the network transmission of data, the output test results as the main software auto- mation test system part of the design results meet the practical purpose.
