摘 要:供应链协调是供应链管理的一个重要目标。三级供应链作为二级供应链向多级延伸的一个跳板,是供应链协调研究的一个重点。文章考虑由供应商、批发商和销售商组成的三级供应链,研究三级供应链在期权契约和收益共享契约的契约组合下实现协调的问题。首先建立风险中性下供应链契约模型,给出了供应链最优订货量,以及供应链达到协调状态时各契约参数之间的关系。然后考虑了现实中突发事件对三级供应链协调的影响,通过调整契约参数,实现供应链的抗突发事件能力。最后通过数值分析验证结论。Supply chain coordination is an important goal of supply chain management. Three-level supply chain as a springboard for the two-echelon supply chain to multistage, it is a key point of supply chain coordination research. Considering a three-level supply chain, which is consisting of a supplier, a wholesaler, and a retailer and random market demand, it studies the problem of the coordination of the threelevel supply chain under the combination contracts. Firstly,the supply chain contract model under the assumption of risk neutral is established, and the optimal order quantity of supply chain is obtained and the coordination of the three-level supply chain is studied, so the relationship between the contract parameters is given when the supply chain can achieve coordination. Then, considering the effect of emergency on the coordination of three-level supply chain, by adjusting the contract parameters, it can achieve the supply chain's ability to resist unexpected events. Finally, the relevant conclusions are proved by numerical examples.
