摘　　要："明伦知礼"是中国古代书院教育的核心,书院通过众多的学礼来规范和约束生徒的行为准则,以达到对社会的示范引导作用和教化功能。礼仪是道德的实践,道德是礼仪的基础。针对当下高校礼仪教育的缺失,思想道德的滑坡,反观中国古代书院的学礼教育,应具有一定的参照作用。＂Ethics and Etiquette＂is the core of academy education in ancient China,which aims at standardizing and restricting the pupils＇ and social behavior. Therefore,it had the social function of moral education. In view of the lack of etiquette education and the decline of the ideological and moral education in present universities and colleges,this paper explores the value of etiquette education of academy education in ancient china,aiming at providing reference for the present universities and colleges.
